The bicycle concept of the Irpin community aims to develop and implement a strategic plan for the development of bicycle infrastructure and promote bicycle culture in the city. They contain various aspects, such as bicycle routes, bicycle parking locations, safety of cyclists and other important issues and serve as a strategic plan that defines the direction of bicycle infrastructure development and contributes to improving the quality of life of the residents of the Irpin community, promoting a healthy lifestyle, reducing traffic congestion and negative impact of road transport on the environment.
