A framework document for the planning process, including approaches, priorities, physical characteristics, and a proposed process developed by the Gensler team. “Future Restoration for Ukraine” was developed in close coordination with the local authorities of the city of Irpin, including the mayor Oleksandr Markushyn and Volodymyr Karpluk (head of the IRS working group). The team also collaborated with the Irpen community to conduct a survey that provided information from the perspective of the city’s residents. A network of global and local stakeholders and partners have been involved in revising and contributing to this document through a series of meetings and dialogues.
