According to complete information about traffic flows on all streets and roads of the city, as well as geo-information about these streets and roads, the possibilities of the city’s street-road network were determined. Using the principles and methodology of ITS (intelligent transport systems) and algorithms, Ticon Corporation has developed a concept to fully meet the city’s transport needs, with a focus on automobile traffic.
